The Pennsylvania Lumber Museum strives to document the history of lumbering in the Commonwealth, along with its effect on the land and impact on society. As such, we maintain a library of archival and research materials related to this topic. Our collections include manuscripts, books, periodicals, journals, maps, photographs and other related documentary items. We accept new donations for the Research Library on an individual basis. If you have a potential donation, please contact us with the details. Our library is open to scholars and researchers by appointment (regular museum admission rates apply). Please call for more information.
